Payment Methods -

You can either order through our secure checkout using your credit card or you can contact us directly and pay via bank wire transfer, cash or cheque.

Shopping Cart –

Our specially designed shopping cart and check out system will make purchasing your desired items hassle free. Just add any product you like to the cart and either continue shopping or proceed to our secure checkout.

Secure Checkout –

You can be confident in purchasing through our secure checkout/payment screen managed by ‘Web Widgets Ltd’ and initiated through ‘BNZ Buyline’. This guaranties that your personal details are safe and secure.

Delivery Time (Standard Items) –

We aim to have standard orders depart within 1 – 3 working days after your payment has cleared. Your goods will then take a further 1 -3 days to reach their destination.

Delivery Time (Custom Swords) –

The manufacture time on the main custom katana web page will denote the dispatch time. 

Delivery Time (Back Orders) –

Any item/s marked 'Subject To Back Order' will be subject to back ordering from our supplier/s. For an ETA please contact us directly. If the manufacturer/s are out of stock upon importation of the requested item/s, a full refund will be granted or option to change the order given.  

Large Orders –

If you would like to place a large order or purchase wholesale from us, please feel free to contact us directly so we can give you the best possible deal.

Suspicious Orders –

'Superior Swords Ltd' Reserves the right to withhold the delivery of purchases deemed suspicious. If your goods are held from dispatch, you will be notified within one working day. Proof of identity will be required before the release of your goods. Your Driver’s license or passport are the only accepted forms of identification. The name on the identification will have to match that of the credit card holders name. One form of identification will be needed to be sent via fax or emailed to us, and once accepted you will be notified and your goods will be released. We will also contact credit card departments if needed. 

Pick-Up –

You are welcome to pick up your goods after purchasing via our online shopping cart. Please just let us know via the comments box in the purchasing screen that you whish to pick up. Once your payment clears you will be sent an address from which you may make the pick-up from. Also, pick ups are free!

Returns Policy –

At the top of my list is Customer Satisfaction. If you are not at least 110% happy with your purchase please let us know within seven days of delivery. For a full no questions asked refund, once goods have been returned at buyers expense. 
 
If the goods are damaged upon arrival or unsatisfactory due to a manufactures defect, the goods will need to be returned. We will offer to pay for return postage of the item. A replacement item or full refund will be granted upon the return.
